- Fiesta Rewards Platinum Member
- Members who accumulate 40,000 or more Fiesta Rewards points in a year will receive Fiesta Rewards Platinum member status, which they will keep for at least twelve months, starting from their conversion date.
- To renew Fiesta Rewards Platinum member status, the member must meet the conditions specified in the previous point during the twelve months following their conversion date to Fiesta Rewards Platinum member.
- Members will receive a 15% bonus on points for stays.
- From the member's conversion to a Fiesta Rewards Platinum member, their total point balance and any future points credited from qualified stays at Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, One, and The Explorean hotels, as well as from companies affiliated with the Fiesta Rewards program, will not have a specific expiration date as long as the member remains at the Platinum level of the Fiesta Rewards program.
- Those members who have a Santander Fiesta Rewards Platinum card will automatically obtain the Fiesta Rewards Platinum member level and will have the corresponding benefits of this membership level with the exception of the points' validity:
- If the member accumulates 40,000 or more Fiesta Rewards points in a year from the acquisition of their credit card, their points will not have a specific expiration date.
- If the member does not accumulate 40,000 or more Fiesta Rewards points in a year from the acquisition of their credit card, they will remain at the Platinum level of the Fiesta Rewards program, but their points will have a validity of two years from the date of their crediting.
- The above applies to points generated from the moment the Platinum level is granted to the member and for special promotions. Check terms and conditions for purchase or point accumulation offers.
- Fiesta Rewards Black Member
- Members who accumulate 125,000 or more Fiesta Rewards points in a year will receive Fiesta Rewards Black member status, which they will keep for at least twelve months, starting from their conversion date.
- To renew Fiesta Rewards Black member status, the member must meet the conditions specified in the previous point during the twelve months following their conversion date to Fiesta Rewards Black member.
- The member receives a 20% bonus on points for stays.
- From the member's conversion to a Fiesta Rewards Black member, their total point balance and any future points credited from qualified stays at Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, One, and The Explorean hotels, as well as from companies affiliated with the Fiesta Rewards program, will not have a specific expiration date as long as the member remains at the Black level of the Fiesta Rewards program.
- Rewards
- The Fiesta Rewards program and its affiliated companies reserve the right to modify the conditions for obtaining all benefits, especially rewards, bonuses, and the number of points required, or to cancel any benefit offer without prior notice and with immediate effect.
- The obtaining of rewards is subject to the restrictions established for them, being subject to availability.
- When accumulating enough points to redeem a reward, the member can use their points through the Fiesta Rewards Line at 443 113 5841 or at fiestarewards.com. After deducting the necessary points, if there is a point difference in favor of the member, the Fiesta Rewards program will keep them in their account, and they can be accumulated during the stipulated period.
- If the member lacks points to obtain a reward, they can purchase them from Fiesta Rewards at a cost of $12 USD plus VAT for every 1,000 points. Once the point purchase is processed, there will be no cancellations. The maximum amount the member can purchase in a calendar month will be 100,000 points. If they acquire 40,000 or more points in a single transaction, for security purposes, it will be necessary to provide a letter justifying said purchase.
- When the reward request is processed, the member agrees that the necessary points corresponding to the requested benefit will be taken and deducted from their account, according to the prize table in force on the date of the request; the oldest points that qualify for obtaining said benefit will be deducted with priority. Some benefits may have additional restrictions. It is the member's responsibility to regularly update themselves on the conditions and/or restrictions of promotions and point usage.
- If an item is purchased, once the point deduction is confirmed, changes or cancellations will not be allowed. The only changes will be granted in case of a warranty breach of the product in question. It is the member's responsibility to stay informed about the delivery of the requested reward as it can only be claimed 1 month and 15 days after the committed delivery date.
- The Fiesta Rewards program reserves the right to deny a room reservation request that has been made without having previously indicated or notified that it was a request for Reward Nights or free nights.
- In case of changes or cancellations of hotel reservations, the member must adhere to each hotel's policies. Additionally, they must consider the following policies:
- If the member does not show up on the first night or their departure is early, the total points for the unused nights will be deducted.
- Once a Reward Night redemption has been made using the 50% discount coupon on Reward Nights, there will be no changes or cancellations.
- For Reward Night reservations, the age ranges for minors are: 0 to 4 infants, 5 to 12 children, and 13 and older adults, respectively.
- The Fiesta Rewards program or the participating hotels in the program reserve the right to collect applicable taxes.
- During holidays and high-demand seasons, a certain number of rooms or Reward Nights are allocated, so we suggest making your reservation as far in advance as possible. At the Fiesta Rewards program, we guarantee we will do our best to satisfy your request or offer you some alternatives.
- The bonus per Reward Night will be credited to all members who have booked their stay with their Fiesta Rewards Points, and these are applicable for level increase. Said bonus will be granted per night and in relation to the following scale: Live Aqua All-Inclusive will grant 1,250 points, Live Aqua and Grand Fiesta Americana European Plan, as well as The Explorean and Fiesta Americana All-Inclusive apply 1,000 points, Fiesta Americana European Plan will grant 750 points; Fiesta Inn, Fiesta Inn Loft, and Gamma apply 500 points, and One 250 points.
- The Fiesta Rewards program reserves the right to change or modify its seasons without prior notice and without any responsibility.
- Certificate claim: The validity will be provided when making the request. The member must consider the request and shipping time. No validity changes are allowed, and there will be no replacement.
- Transfers to affiliated programs:
- In order to apply transfers of Fiesta Rewards program points to any program of the participating commercial partners, the member must be previously registered in the corresponding program.
- To make transfers from Fiesta Rewards to other affiliated programs, it is necessary to register your membership number of the other affiliated program on the Fiesta Rewards Line at 443 113 5841, or the number that may be indicated.
- The Fiesta Rewards program is not responsible for the availability of rewards offered by affiliated programs.
- Points transferred from any participating program to the Fiesta Rewards program may have any reward offered by the program with the exception of transfers.
- The equivalence of points transferred to any affiliated program will be regulated under the terms and conditions of the program to which they were transferred.
- Transfers of Fiesta Rewards Points to affiliated programs or vice versa must be made between memberships whose holder is the same person.
- Service charge applies:
- Fee for every 10,000 points transferred to AAdvantage: $17.40 USD plus VAT.
- If the member is Fiesta Rewards Platinum or Black, there will be no service charge. For Classic or Gold members, a service charge applies. 16% VAT will be applied to transfer costs.
- The member can request invoices for charges, transactions, or point purchases within 10 calendar days after the charge date by calling 443 113 5841 or the number that may be indicated. Once the deadline has passed, it will no longer be possible to request it. Charges that have been made in a past month cannot be invoiced.
- The delivery time for rewards will be up to 15 business days from the point redemption date.
- Product delivery is only made within the Mexican Republic from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- The Fiesta Rewards member must contact the Fiesta Rewards Line at 443 113 5841 to file their report if any of the following events occur:
- Fiesta Rewards offers the warranty that the manufacturer grants in its service centers, and they are responsible for evaluating and determining whether the item will be subject to repair or physical change:
- If there is a mistake in the item sent, the claim must be made within the first 48 business hours after receiving the product. This is provided that the original wrapping and label are kept and it shows no signs of mistreatment.
- The Fiesta Rewards Line advisor will generate a ticket number that they will provide to the member to follow up on their clarification and will indicate the steps to follow. Once the ticket is generated, a response will be given to the member within the first 48 business hours.
- Fiesta Rewards will not proceed with returns that are not accompanied by the corresponding report number (RMA), which will be provided by our Fiesta Rewards Line advisors once the member's call has been answered and the return of the product(s) has been accepted.

ITEMS TO BE PROMOTED or PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS:
The Fiesta Rewards loyalty program, which recognizes the frequent traveler of the hotel brands Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, One, and The Explorean licensed by Grupo Posadas, as part of its commercial actions, will invite receptionists with an active INSSIST key who individually affiliate new members to the Fiesta Rewards program through the front desk during the promotion's validity period to participate in a car sweepstakes.
PARTICIPANTS:
The receptionists of the hotel brands licensed by Grupo Posadas S.A.B. de C.V. who meet the established participation mechanics within the validity period from October 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019.
Requirements:
- Be over 18 years old.
- Have a valid official identification.
- Have legal residence in the Mexican Republic.
- Have an active key on the INSSIST platform at the time of the sweepstakes.
- Comply with the conditions for affiliating new individual members to the Fiesta Rewards program through the functionality available at the front desk of each participating brand's hotel to obtain the electronic participation folios.
Validity
- Of the promotion, which begins on October 1, 2019, with the opening of the electronic folio registration of the sweepstakes participants' database and until December 31, 2019, when the registration for obtaining electronic folios for the database to be used in the sweepstakes closes.
- Of the permit, which begins on October 1, 2019, with the opening of the registration of the electronic folios of the sweepstakes participants' database, and until January 6, 2020, which is the day of the sweepstakes.
Mechanics:
Those who meet the requirements to be considered Sweepstakes Participants must follow these steps:
- Have their personal and active key on the INSSIST platform at the time of the sweepstakes.
- For each new member affiliation to the Fiesta Rewards loyalty program, the receptionist will be granted an electronic participation folio number for the sweepstakes.
- Any receptionist who wishes to participate must affiliate at least 1 (one) new member to the Fiesta Rewards loyalty program during the validity of the Sweepstakes Promotion.
- The affiliated guests must be from the Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, One, and The Explorean hotels and specifically those guests who arrive with the following rates:
- Individual business: National and international consortia, local agreements, national and international agreements.
- Individual public: National and international public, corporate promotions, and walk-ins.
The number of electronic folios will be the participation element for the sweepstakes to be carried out by number formation and will be integrated by an ascending, progressive, and continuous numbering, starting the first folio with the number 00001 and continuing until the total number of folios exchanged or assigned until the end of the Sweepstakes Promotion's Validity.
Each electronic folio grants one possibility to participate in the sweepstakes.
Thus, the system will automatically identify each condition to electronically assign an electronic folio that feeds the database for the formation of the sweepstakes' numbers.
The system will have each participant identified as a User in the sweepstakes database, and only registered Users can generate electronic participation folios.
Each User will receive an email during the promotion's validity days indicating the electronic folio numbers obtained to participate in the sweepstakes or can verify them at the electronic address www.fiestarewards.com or by calling the Fiesta Rewards Line at 01 443 113 5841 from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Each electronic participation folio will be related to fundamental elements of personal identification of each User, so the electronic folios that will be generated individually and grant them the right to participate will be clearly identifiable.
PERIOD OF ELECTRONIC FOLIO ACCUMULATION
The electronic folios obtained in accordance with the fulfilled participation mechanics will participate in the sweepstakes from October 1, 2019, at 00:00:01 hours until December 31, 2019, at 23:59:59 hours.
PARTICIPANTS' DATABASE:
The fields to be generated in the participation database will be integrated as follows:
Electronic Folio - Consecutive, progressive, and continuous number starting from 0001 and ending with the last folio assigned to participate in the sweepstakes.
Transaction Folio - Each affiliation in the system provides a folio to verify the operation.
Receptionist's Name - Composed of the participant's name with paternal and maternal surnames.
City. - Will be integrated with the location data provided by the participant, which must be truthful.
Email. - Will be integrated with the contact address (email) that the participant provides for the purpose of receiving information related to this sweepstakes.
Contact Phone Number. - Will be composed of the one the participant provides, which can be fixed or mobile.
SPECIFICATIONS OF THE NUMBER FORMATION SYSTEM:
The present mechanics consist of holding a sweepstakes through a system of tombola to achieve number formation using 8 individual and closed urns, each with spheres ranging from 0 to 9.
In such a way that by gravity, when they are spun, one of the 10 numbered spheres will fall to the bottom of each urn, which, when in a consecutive row, will randomly generate a consecutive number made up of 8 digits.
The number formation will be carried out by taking the total number of participant folio records in a database as a reference, so that if the total number of records reaches eight digits, 8 tombolas with numbered spheres from 0 to 9 will be placed.
The number to be considered to complete the figure will be the one that falls first to the bottom of each urn.
The above is for the purpose of being able to hold the sweepstakes with the database collected in accordance with the electronic participation folios.
Those spheres that are not necessary for the generation of the winning folio number will be removed. (Example: if the final number of folios is 7,876,987, in the first urn, the spheres with the numbers 8 and 9 will be extracted, so that 7 is the maximum resulting number.)
The formation of winning numbers will be from right to left, and the final reading of the winning number will be from left to right.
Participation on the sweepstakes date will be carried out considering the totals of valid electronic folios accumulated at the end of the accumulation period.
The assignment of electronic folios and the concentration mechanics proceed when all the indicated participation conditions are met and none of the restrictions are found.
It is clarified that the database will be composed of the electronic folios generated between October 1 and December 31, 2019, which will be delivered for the sweepstakes date, and the prize will be assigned through the numbers of the electronic folios numbered from 0001 to the last one that has been generated in accordance with the folio generation mechanics, and this will be the universe of participation folios among which the prize can be assigned, through the number formation mechanism.
RESTRICTIONS
- The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
- The winning receptionist who does not fully prove their identity with a valid voter ID or passport will not be able to redeem their prize, having a maximum of 20 business days after the sweepstakes.
- The winning member must present the required documentation in accordance with Fracc. I of article 17 of the current Federal Law for the prevention and identification of operations with resources of illicit origin (LFPIORPI).
- Only receptionists with an active INSSIST key will participate in the sweepstakes.
- Only receptionists from hotels of the brands licensed by Grupo Posadas SAB de CV participate in the sweepstakes.
- The folios of the receptionists who do not have their complete data (Electronic Folio, Transaction Folio, Full Name, City, Email, and Phone Number) will be canceled before the sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES AND CONCENTRATION DATE
The sweepstakes will be held on January 6, 2020, at 12:00 p.m., at the address located at: Avenida Prolongación Paseo de la Reforma number 1015 tower A, floor 9, Colonia Santa Fe Cuajimalpa, C.P. 05348, Mexico City, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, in a mechanical manner as indicated, in the presence of the inspector appointed by the Ministry of the Interior for this purpose.
METHOD OF CONDUCTING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND PRIZE ASSIGNMENT
The inspector assigned to the sweepstakes must verify the database one hour before.
The database will contain the folios that will be in a digital and printed database in which the Electronic Folio, Transaction Folio, Customer Name, City, Email, and phone number will be shown.
From said database, the assigned inspector will add a printed copy to the minutes and will take a copy on a CD or USB stick.
The inspector will begin the formation of the number in the sweepstakes by spinning urn by urn from right to left, in order to randomly form the winning electronic folio number, number by number, and confront it with the database.
Once the prizes have been assigned, the corresponding minutes will be closed.

In accordance with Article 105 of the Regulation of the Federal Law on Games and Lotteries, which provides that the minimum value of the prize that must be delivered in the presence of the inspector will be the equivalent of 1,500 days of the minimum wage and taking into account that the minimum wage for Mexico City, formerly the Federal District, in force as of January 1, 2019, is currently $102.68 (One hundred two pesos 68/100 M.N.), which when multiplied by 1,500 yields the amount of $154,020.00 (One hundred fifty-four thousand twenty pesos 00/100 M.N.), our Representative will deliver said prize under its strictest responsibility.
