    Enrolling is free and easy. Join now or by calling Fiesta Rewards at Fiesta Rewards Contact Center.

    How do I get my membership number and password?

    When joining Fiesta Rewards Apreciare, you¿ll get a welcome email to the program with your membership number and benefits. Then, visit our site and enter your number to create a password to access your profile. If you don¿t get that email, please call Fiesta Rewards at Fiesta Rewards Contact Center or message us here.

    How can I earn Apreciare points?

    Earn points with your employees¿ eligible stays at Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Curamoria Collection, Fiesta Americana, The Explorean, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, and one hotels. Earn more points by booking events and banquets over $8,000 MXN at any of those hotels.

    How many Apreciare points can I earn at hotels?

    Earn 5 points per dollar (before taxes) on eligible stays (food and beverage excluded) at Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Curamoria Collection, Fiesta Americana, The Explorean, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, and one hotels.

    Do my Apreciare points ever expire?

    Points do not expire as long as you earned points at least once in the previous 12 months. Otherwise, points will expire automatically.

    Do I need a physical membership card to earn Apreciare points?

    No, you don¿t. Just provide your Fiesta Rewards Apreciare membership number when booking a hotel. If you don¿t remember your membership number, call Fiesta Rewards at Fiesta Rewards Contact Center.

    Where can I access my account statement?

    Enter your membership number or call Fiesta Rewards at Fiesta Rewards Contact Center . We can also email the statement to the email address provided at the time of enrollment as long as you¿ve earned or redeemed points the month before.

    I¿m missing Apreciare points earned. What should I do?

    You have up to 6 months from the check-out date to request missing points. For more information or to request missing points, call Fiesta Rewards at Fiesta Rewards Contact Center.

    How long does it take to receive my online store purchase?

    It takes 15 days from the date of purchase.
