TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Validity of the promotion from October 25 to December 31, 2022, and of the permit from October 25, 2022, to January 6, 2023. Participating area: Applies to residents of the Mexican Republic over 18 years of age who are affiliated members of the Fiesta Rewards Individual, Fiesta Rewards Apreciare, Fiesta Rewards Motiva programs and Santander Fiesta Rewards cardholders, who stay at the hotels of the Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana, Curamoria, IOH, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, One, and The Explorean brands of Grupo Posadas or use the Santander Fiesta Rewards card during the promotion's validity period.

Mechanics:

  1. For every thousand points accumulated and redeemed in their Fiesta Rewards account, the member will be granted 1 participation folio;
  2. for every two thousand points accumulated and redeemed in their Fiesta Rewards account, the member will be granted 3 participation folios;
  3. for every stay longer than 2 nights that occurs during the promotion's validity, at the mentioned Grupo Posadas hotels, 1 participation folio will be granted to Fiesta Rewards Individual, Fiesta Rewards Apreciare, Fiesta Rewards Motiva members;
  4. to Santander Fiesta Rewards cardholders, for every $10,000.00 pesos of purchases during the promotion's validity, they will be granted 1 participation folio and;
  5. to Fiesta Rewards Apreciare members, for every $30,000.00 pesos spent cumulatively during an event held at Grupo Posadas hotels during the promotion's validity, they will be granted 1 participation folio.

Each electronic folio grants one possibility to participate in the sweepstakes. 35 trips for 2 adults with a value of $43,200.00 M.N. each will be raffled to Las Vegas, United States, departing from Mexico City, including round-trip air transportation by Aeromexico and a stay of 4 days, 3 nights at the Hilton Las Vegas on The Boulevard hotel in a double or single room, with taxes and tips included. The round-trip flight includes a 10-kilo carry-on bag and a personal item. The accommodation does not include food and/or beverages during the stay. The winners must have a valid passport and visa for the United States of America on the date the winners want to make the trip and meet the requirements of the migratory authorities. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash value. The winners must fully prove their identity with a valid voter ID or passport to redeem their prize. The folios of members who do not have their complete data before the sweepstakes will be canceled. Only 1 winning folio per participating member will be valid. The trips can be redeemed from January 12, 2023, until December 17, 2023. The winners must consult the travel dates with a Fiesta Rewards advisor to make the reservation, in case there is no availability on the chosen dates, the winner must select different dates. Once the date to enjoy the prize has been determined, there is no possibility of changing it. The prize will be paid in accordance with the terms of the permit granted by the Ministry of the Interior number 20220203PS07. The sweepstakes will be held on January 6, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at the Permitholder's address: Grupo Posadas, S.A.B. de C.V., at Avenida Prolongación Paseo de la Reforma number 1015, Tower A, 9th Floor, Colonia Santa Fe Cuajimalpa, C.P. 05348, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX. Publication of results on January 9, 2023, in El Universal and Excélsior.
