You need to earn 15,000 points to reach Gold level; 40,000 points to reach Platinum level; and 125,000 points to reach Black level.
Point expiration varies by membership level:
- Classic level: Valid for 2 years after being earned.
- Gold level: Valid for 2 years after being earned.
- Platinum level: Points don't expire as long as you keep the membership.
- Black level: Points don't expire as long as you keep the membership.
- Check how many points you need to reach the next membership level on the Membership section on our Fiesta Rewards app. If you are a Santander Fiesta Rewards member and earn 40,000 points in a year, your points will not expire as long as you keep your membership.
No, you don't. Just provide your Fiesta Rewards membership number when booking a hotel or service from a partner program. If you don't remember your membership number, go to the Membership section on the Fiesta Rewards app.

Yes. You can request an invoice for reservations made with points or combined payments but only within a month after your stay.
In order to get your welcome bonus, the credit card must be activated within 100 days from the date it was received. If you activated it and didn't get the welcome bonus, please call Fiesta Rewards at Fiesta Rewards Contact Center .

When your credit card application is approved, you'll receive a welcome email to the Fiesta Rewards program which will include your membership number. Then, visit our site and enter your account number to create a password to access your profile. You can check your account statement in our Fiesta Rewards app or by calling Fiesta Rewards at Fiesta Rewards Contact Center .
If you didn't get a welcome email with your Fiesta Rewards account information, please call Fiesta Rewards at Fiesta Rewards Contact Center to update your email and contact information, and get your membership number.
